very unprofessional. the receptionist "robin" is extremely rude, and I will not return to this office because of her, There is no way to get in touch with her superior to report this, therefor i blame the whole office for her unprofessional behavior and dis-courteous attitude towards patients.

Eicher and his staff care for my whole family. He is always accommodating and willing to answer our questions even when I feel they are sometimes trivial. From my newborn, and two other boys, to my husband and myself, Dr Eicher and his nurses are amazing!
