The portions were sad, a side of fruit was 3 small pieces of warm cantaloupe. If I'm in the area again, I'll be looking at other options.
Visiting from Phoenix. Came in for breakfast, and was impressed with friendliness of staff. Portions were large, so be hungry when you come. Ho.e cooked food was great
I lived in Santa Fe for a number of years and I can confidently say the food at Lazy Bear rivals the most reputable eateries down there. I worried I had been spoiled too much, but Lazy Bear picks up where Santa Fe left off. Every guest visiting my house is directed to Lazy Bear. As other commenters have noted, service is hit or miss. I've never found it to be rude or unfriendly though. Good, tasty food is hard to come by and I'm grateful for Lazy Bear.
Maybe it was an off day but I wasn't impressed. Out of the four of us, not one order came out correctly. The waitress struggled to take our order and was more interested in making mixed drinks for the one customer at the bar.
Out standing burgers and great atmosphere
Service wasn't good. Never got checked on, had to keep interrupting the wait staff from watching to tv to get anything. We got 2 drink options coke or sprite only. Our fruit portion on one of our meals was one small piece of cantaloupe. I ordered the half pound burger and my pattie was about the same size as my child's cheeseburger. This was our first and last time here.
